they turned on my heating today. came home wondering how come the temperature felt so... normal. and i actually thought i had acclimatized (overnight :). alas, it was merely the heater.

but, the fact that they FINALLY turned it on is cause for much celebration. and just in time for tonight too... a cold front's sweeping in, and with the terrific cooperation of the jet stream... yeah, pretty much in for a cold cold week ahead. temp's supposed to drop below zero tmr night, and there's a chance of snow. in early oct. righhhht.

exhaustion is driving me to bed now. early, by a normal night's standards. me and my housemate agreed that we both have very sad sleep cycles, especially after i went to sleep at 2, and woke up at 4.30am to do work, only to find that she, too, was awake and doing work. don't we just love our lives? =)

2 weeks to MWG. woot. hope it all goes smoothly, then it'll be a huge load off all our shoulders man...

homecoming week! fireworks and parade friday evening. anyone up for it?
