so i know prof yi-fu tuan taught at my sch (he's still has a office at science hall and i do see him in the corridors once a while...). prof sack is here too, and i took a class with him last sem. after taking 370, i now know that prof robinson taught here too, and since i'm using his projection for my final project... yeaahh i appreciate how zai he was.

but. i just. just. just. found out that richard hartshorne taught here too. -jaw drop-

i. am. impressed. hopefully my current profs all make it real big some day the way these pple did, and i can have the privilege of saying tt i studied under them. but for now, at least i can say that i'm going to the sch that had these incredible pple as faculty. -beam-

the never ending pile of work.

there are things that have happened that i really have to thank God for. things that i never expected, and even the smallest things that warm my heart. like one of the little boys coming up to give me a hug in the middle of a song today.

i'm going to miss them, strangely. after one year (ok less... but one academic year) i've come to love them, even when they drive me up the wall. i look forward to seeing them, and i enjoy them recognizing me and greeting me in the main auditorium. it's sweet isn't it?

my ex-room mate who transferred to OSU came up this weekend for the mifflin block street party. got to meet her for a short while, and that was sweet. it's nice to know that she thinks of me as smart. and studious. and good in english (ha.ha.ha. the irony man... the irony.) and that i helped her improve her papers tremendously. (apparently...)

i prob never get to see her again in my life. graduation is a year away, but already, i'm feeling like i'll be leaving too soon for my liking. ah well.

it's hilarious that i have to go for the lecture on friday when i have two major deadlines on friday at 5pm. righhhht. i pretty much told my prof as much when he asked me, since one of the deadlines is from HIM.

i'm glad, i've made way more friends in the geog dept this sem than in the 1.5 years before tt. i've gotten much closer to my two profs (even though both are leaving =/) and i've enjoyed my studies. it's been nice.

now for the final lap. the last sprint. hopefully i'll have the energy to make it...
