happy valentine's everyone.
according to my econs class, the ave american girl spends $34 on valentine gifts, and the ave american guy $96. or sth like that. and valentine's day is the third biggest festive spending period for retailers, totalling a $13 billion industry in the US. the stuff we learn in lectures haha.
so anyway, the girls on my floor take this as a friendship day kinda thing. it's pretty sweet like u see pple sneaking to every single door to stick a post-it or some sweets. and my room mate gave me a whole packet of chocs and stuff. awwww. :)
so spring break plans are in the pipelines, with a possible trip to florida! but it's kinda late now, so hopefully we can get accomodations and stuff, if we're really going there. it's really a popular spring break spot...but i need somewhere with sun. sun and beach. ahhhh.
temperatures are like 12 degrees today! i'm so excited haha =)
but. that's only for today. it's gonna reach like -20 on wed and thurs, with snowstorm warnings in place for thurs. sigh. i like the temp now. -pout-
all my weekends fly by. still can't believe it's already tuesday. gaaaaaah.
