it's kinda of funny sometimes, what the profs/TAs call their students when mass emailing...
most profs simply say 'students, blah blah blah blah blah'. my 370 prof uses 'geog 370, blah blah blah'. my econ geog prof says 'Dear 510ers...'

but i think the funniest and the one that i still cannot understand is my 370 TA. His emails all start with 'Team maps...'
what? why are we called team maps? maybe it's an arkansas thing. the same way he starts class with 'what time is it? it's map-of-the-day time!'
erm. yeah.
it's funny haha, because he does it in such a straight face manner, that everyone is just staring at him, unsure of whether to burst out loud in laughter or to look in disbelief...
