'weightage' and 'officiality/officialty'

fact of the day:
microsoft word does not recognise the words 'weightage' or 'officiality/officialty', i.e. it's not in the dictionary.
and to think that i have been using these words in Singapore...
are they acceptable words? on google, some dictionary sites do show them, but not all.
can anyone shed some light on this?
