hmm there seems to be a problem with tag-board. oh wellus. we'll see if that keeps up. there's always still the blogger comment system.
and melissa would be the melissa from SU? or the one from ny? haha. hmm i think i'll prob be back on christmas morning itself, since i have exams till the 22nd (ending at 9.30pm, no less... sigh) and so i'll only be able to leave on the 23rd. which incl. time diff and everything, means i'll reach on 25th Dec. in time for christmas!
on another note, there was a BIG COCKROACH. yes. i'm terrified of cockroaches (and that's also one reason why i love winter... no cockroaches, no bugs :) it was rustling a plastic bag (which had a box of cereal by the way) in the corner. which freaked me a little. then it appeared, which freaked me more. so it made its way to my room. and in a bid to protect my bed (and since i lack a broom or anything long), i took the heaviest thing that was throw-able n tt i didn't care for, wrapped it in a plastic bag and threw it on the cockroach.
so there was a half dead, overturned, huge cockroach on my toilet floor. and i discovered that my friend had a can of insecticide under the kitchen sink. so yes, i sprayed it continuous for like 10 seconds. and i repeated it at 5 min intervals (hey, it was still moving its legs a little!) so yes, that was the extent of my paranoia. haha
and my friends came over, with a small broom and dustpan in hand hahahahaa. it helps when they live like 2 min walk away. thank God for friends man.
and yes i'm still afraid of cockroaches. i have no idea where it came from. either... in the corner where all my friend's stuff are packed... or from under the front door. sigh. i hate creepy crawlies.
so it's back to my notes. thankfully all my food is clipped up, sealed up, or wrapped in plastic wrap in the fridge. thankfully.
