4 exams down, one more to go. and by thursday, i'll be free. for a month. then sch starts all over again. blehhhh.
but yeah, it's amazing really. was panicking full blast by sunday night, struggling to cram both stats and econs into my head, wondering if it was even possible to get from exam venue to exam venue in time, much less doing the exams. but suddenly, since then, 3 exams have passed... amazing really.
thank God for easy papers, and for the weekly quizzes, daily homework, bi-weekly 5-hr lab projects, monthly stats projects, and other various assorted stuff... and even for midterms, because without them, i wouldn't have that nice buffer zone around my final grade. (even though they almost killed me through out the sem!) thank God for the ability to study from 10am sat to 1am sun, from 11am sunday to 1am monday. certainly didn't think that was humanly possible, or at least, joannely-possible for that matter. thank God for libraries that open late, and thank God for coffee!!!! definitely! haha
seems that every exam season, there's always a song that catches hold of me, and sticks with me through out. this time around, it's centre of my life by hillsong church london. (basically, I listened to only that cd through sat and sun. yeaaaaah think i heard that song almost 20-plus times...) caught myself tapping out the beat and humming under my breath a couple of times while working thru my geog stat paper earlier today haha.
let my walk speak loud, and my words be true
let my life be whole, with my eyes upon You
LORD i'm stepping out from the comfort zone
letting go of me, holding on to You
freedom comes when I call You LORD
You are LORD my God
You are the Centre of it all
the universe declares in awe
Your Majesty I surrender all
i'll make You the centre of my life
LORD i respond with all i am
You've placed in me the song of heaven's melody
Your Majesty I live to sing Your song
I have found Your peace
It replaces any fear
You have done it all
I can trust in You
And so I stepping out
From the comfort zone
letting go of me
holding on to You
this is Your song, not mine
it is Your song that brings healing to this land
this is Your song, not mine
it is Your song that brings freedom
Your Majesty, my life will sing Your song
