okay short post and it's back to my fifteen page paper that won't come out. gah.

veesan: i love that song =p it's a great reminder to me, and never fails to comfort and encourage me.

amos: cos of time difference, silly. there's a 14 hour time difference. what's e chance that u'll see me online if u come on at 8pm at night when i'm in class??! =)

SU peeps: how was camp? updates updates! photos! and i STILL WANT PHOTOS FROM CFG 2004. thank you. haha amos go burn a cd of it for my christmas prezzie! heh.

weather report: thanks to a cold air mass and unusual activity of the jet stream, temp have dropped drastically. it's -17 degrees now. and with wind chill, it's predicted to be -30 tomorrow and the day after. so now lies the all important debate: should i go to sch and trudge thru those temperatures??!!! unfortunately, with finals coming up, it seems the debate is won by the good side. bah.

snow snow snow snow snow. never thought i'd say this. but well. waaaaay too much snow. it's such a pain plowing through 3 inches of snow. not looking forward when that becomes 12 inches. but it's real beautiful. everything's pretty and white, and in the dim glow of the street lights at night, the ice crystals sprakle and throw light everywhere. so pretty! :)

oh oh i juz got my rm assignment today. so moving out come spring. kinda pumped. cos it's on the substance free floor (technically, all floors are banned from having 'substances' but well, this is the floor that the residents pledge to actually do that). really kinda like the total opp from my rm now haha. and my rm mate's some asian-american. haven't met her, but one of these days i'm gonna go down and check it out. yupz, moving 8 floors down to the second floor. YES. no more waiting for the pesky lift to trudge thru those bizillion floors to get me to my destination! now i can juz run up one flight of stairs. woohoo! if u can't tell i'm extremely pumped haha =p

yupz. tt's it for now. basically i'm still alive and well and kicking and cold when i'm out but extremely warm indoors haha. oh and my room mate got christmas lights to hang in the rooms so it's all warm and cosy heh.

oh oh and btw the official start of winter is 21st Dec, 1.35pm (EST) which is 12.35pm for me (when i'm stuck in a lect theatre scribbling madly for my exam -pout-) and 2.35am 22nd Dec singapore time. cooh eh? heh. it's e winter solstice. which is the shortest day of the year (in terms of hours of sunlight) for the northern hemisphere. see? geog in action again!
