this deserves a post. THE HEATER FINALLY GOT REPAIRED! for the last one week, we have been suffering with cold air blasting from the heater. and since it's centrally controlled, there's no way of turning it off (or changing the temperature for that matter, but it wasn't a problem with the control, but the heating itself). it's kinda like almost as cold as it is outside (which is pretty darn cold) so we juz curl up under our blankets and layer up as much as possible. n in the mornings, it's like a matter of the amount of courage you have to change out of yr clothes =p

we put in like 3 requests for heating repairs, and one more last night, and guess wat? the repair man came this morning and now the room's all nice and snug and wonderful. juz in time too! cos tomorrow's temperatures are supposed to reach a high of -1 degrees and go down to -10 degrees. isn't tt exciting. -groan- so my rm's a nice 20 degrees, which juz means tt i'm going to perspire while sleeping and that i'm going to melt in singapore. heh.

it's supposed to snow some time past midnight tonight though, but it's gonna be the wet slushy kind cos it's rain that becomes snow then becomes rain... u get e picture. but hey! it's snow! i'm singaporean! so yes. =)

it's different seeing snow on holiday and knowing that u have to live with it for slightly more than 4 months =) haha

time flies though and next wk's thanksgiving and everything after tt is gonna fly by with all the papers due and finals coming up. and it'll be the end of my first semester here, the first of six, one-sixth of my time here. it flies by you. But yet, each ticking of the second hand sometimes seems far too slow.

i can't wait to be home! =)
