looks like this year's winter is shaping up to be a rather mild one... since when do u get 19 degrees in November?! you hardly even get it in october...

all the same, it makes for good weather for the elections, which the whole world is watching with bated breath.

which brings me to the next point...

i'm really REALLY kinda miffed that i missed out on the elections by a couple of months! ok i know, a couple of months isn't all that short, but after spending 3 years there?! just had to miss it by a semester. darn!

there's no atmosphere like that which you find on a college campus. esp on one like mine. ah... can imagine the college dems and republicans out in full force. prob more dems around on campus haha. but yeah... wonder where the voting booths are? library mall, like the last time they had that small election thing for state reps?

hmm.

anyhow, the japanese song 'ike ike' (or whatever it's called...) is stuck in my head. the usual j-pop cheery, all-too-lollipop like. which makes for the best type of stick-in-your-head songs. sigh.
then again, try hearing 30s worth of it over and over again as you drill dance steps into your head. definitely going to stay in. i don't understand a word of it, but doesn't mean that it doesn't stay in.
