i want the new hillsongs CD. blue wristband please. anyone willing to sponsor? HAHA joking. listening to 'this generation' now, by sonic flood. thinking that perhaps i should go over to US and buy their cds instead. hopefully it'll be cheaper, not like hillsongs in australia haha.

helped out at SU's seminar on teaching youths creatively today at newton life church. missed them all so much haha. auntie angie especially. grin. wat was it bro steven said? interface of the spirit haha. maybe that's what there is... but yea, kinda sad that watever i've learnt today won't haf the opportunity to be used. too bad i'm leaving. ah well.

but was wondering how much of it can be used on our youths. true, kfc's a fun-loving bunch of youth, but face it. when it comes to challenges, crunch time and even say playing dirty games or making the commitment, can we rise up to it? already my cell makes so much noise abt preparing items for the events we haf, and their reluctance makes me wonder... is it us as youths, or is it us as planners?

yet, there are pretty fun games that can be played at this year's youth camp. (hint hint) but they all involve getting dirty haha. bro kel has lots of creative ideas. eg. peanut butter game. two pple face each other, both haf peanut butter smeared all over their face, n given cheeseballs. the aim is to put the cheeseball in your mouth, and blow it over to the other person's face to STICK onto the peanut butter. the most number wins. haha.

they have chicken bowl as well... using chicken. to bowl. and in-the-dark captain's ball... get a glow-in-the-dark ball, and glow-in-the-dark wristbands. or bamboo sticks. put bamboo sticks through everybody's shirt (go through one arm, come out from the other arm) and play poison ball.

or even juz normal soccer games. what happened to the youth soccer team? maybe set up a youth netball team? haha. maybe we need that sort of things. that kind of bonding. i dunno... but if a youth group that's half our size can DO all that, why can't we?

and of cos, having a family-friendly youth programme. gotta work with the family. and with the education system. can't beat it, so work with it!

haha yea pretty revved up after today. and sonic fest yesterday! grin. heavy metal and christian music. for me, it's pretty easy to accept, but yea, granted lots of pple can't accept that. haha. MUSIC!
